Qualifications:

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, reels-based storytelling, and podcast development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital content, brand voice, and audience engagement, primarily through video, leadership branding, and internal culture amplification.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current social media trends, competitor benchmarks, and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals.
