Impact Assessment

Know Your Privacy Risk Before You Launch

A Data Privacy Impact Assessment is a structured evaluation of the privacy risk a specific data processing activity, project, or system creates for the individuals whose data it touches, conducted before that activity goes live. We scope each assessment to your actual processing activity and map it to recognized references such as GDPR Article 35, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act,  and the ISO/IEC 29134 methodology, so findings are defensible if a regulator asks how you reached them.

We deliver the specific outputs a DPIA needs to be useful, not just compliant: a data flow map showing what personal data moves where and why, a documented risk analysis tied to the processing purpose and legal basis, practical mitigation recommendations your team can act on, and a defensible written report.
