Use of Certification and Certification Mark

Reference to Certification

Certified clients may refer to their certification status only in relation to the certified management system, approved scope of certification, and the applicable certification standard as stated on the certificate.

Certification shall not be represented in a way that implies certification beyond the approved scope, or association with consultancy, testing, or inspection activities.  

Authorization for Use of Certification Mark

Use of the certification mark is permitted only after formal written authorization is issued by the certification body.
Authorization defines the permitted scope of use, applicable media, and validity period aligned with the certification status. The use of the certification mark is valid only while the certification remains active.  

Use of Certification Mark and Accreditation Symbol

Where applicable, certified clients may use the certification mark in accordance with the following conditions:

• The certification mark may be used only in connection with the certified management system and within the approved scope of certification.
• The certification mark and any accreditation symbol shall not be used in a manner that implies product certification or accreditation beyond the granted scope.
• Certification marks and symbols shall not be used on laboratory, calibration, or inspection reports.
• Certification marks and symbols shall not be altered, distorted, or combined with other graphics.  
  

Restrictions on Use

Certified clients shall not:

• Use the certification mark or refer to certification after certification has been suspended, withdrawn, or expired.
• Use the certification mark in a misleading manner or in connection with activities outside the certified scope.
• Associate the certification mark with management system consultancy or training services.  
  

Misuse of Certification or Certification Mark

Any misuse of certification or the certification mark may result in appropriate action by Ampcus Cyber, including:

• Corrective action requests
• Suspension of certification, or
• Withdrawal of certification  
  

Ampcus Cyber reserves the right to monitor the use of certification and certification marks and to require corrective action, suspension, or withdrawal of certification in cases of misuse or non-compliance.
