To safeguard impartiality:
- Certification decisions are made independently of the audit team and are not influenced by commercial, financial, or other pressures.
- Ampcus Cyber does not provide management systems consultancy, implementation, internal audit, or advisory services to organizations it certifies.
- Auditors, technical reviewers, and certification decision-makers are required to identify and declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest prior to and during certification activities.
- Personnel involved in certification activities are prohibited from engaging in certification where prior relationships, consultancy involvement, financial interests, or other circumstances could compromise impartiality.
- Structural separation is maintained between certification activities and sales, marketing, or other business functions to prevent undue influence on certification outcomes.
- Impartiality risks, including financial and commercial risks, are periodically reviewed, and appropriate actions are taken to eliminate or minimize identified threats.
- Ampcus Cyber does not outsource audits or certification activities to organizations that provide management systems consultancy.
Ampcus Cyber does not allow certification activities to be compromised by conflicts of interest and takes appropriate action where threats to impartiality are observed.
